Burnout is very common in high demand jobs,trying to find your inner peace by remembering your why…finding an outlet or community to vent concerns in a healthy way,being aware of your feelings ,emotions or frustrations abd if the feelings are not as positive as you like to find something positive.Taking time to step away and refocus to assess the situation is a healthy way.
